The out-of-hours service operates a patient questionnaire and monitors responses on a weekly basis. The patient questionnaire is anonymous, but patients who wish to continue discussion of a particular issue do have the option to leave their contact details so that we can follow up, initially by telephone or email, to conclusion.
If you want to make a complaint about our service, we ask you to speak to the service manager in the first instance.
